USS Victorious Awards
(TOS patch) Marine Strike Group Service Ribbon. (MSGSR) 1 year of service assigned to the 699th MSG. Bronze device. The Ribbon stands for the first award. A Bronze device equals one additional award, A silver device equals five awards. 1 additional silver device is added for each additional award. At 10 awards the device changes to gold. TOS patch may have a silver device for 5 years of service or gold for 10 years of service.
(TOS patch) Meritorious Service Ribbon. (MSR) 1 year of Meritorious service. Bronze loop device. (MSR1B) 1 Bronze Knot for every 3 years. Silver loop device.(MSR1S) 1 Silver knot is 6 awards. 1 silver loop for each additional award, at 11 awards the loops change to gold. TOS patch may have a silver device for over 15 years of service or gold device for over 25 years of service.
(TOS patch) Commendation Ribbon. (CR) Awarded for specific event or action that was above and beyond the call. The Ribbon stands for the first award. A Bronze device equals one additional award (CR2nd), A silver device equals five awards (CR5th). 1 additional silver device is added for each additional award. At 10 award the device changes to gold. TOS patch may have a silver device (2-5 awards) or gold (over 5 awards)
(TOS patch) Genesis Fleet Campaign Ribbon. (GFCR) Awarded for participating in a Ship or Fleet challenge event. A bronze Diamond would represent 2 events. A silver Diamond represent 5 events. 1 additional silver star will be awarded for each additional event. A gold Diamondr equals 10 events. 1 additional gold Diamond for each additional event. TOS patch may have a silver device (2-5 awards) or gold (over 5 awards)
(TOS patch) Department Chief Achievement Ribbon. (DCAR) Awarded to Department Chief only for Outstanding service as a Department Chief. TOS patch may have a silver device (2-5 awards) or gold (over 5 awards)
(TOS patch) USS Victorious 10th Anniversary Ribbon. (10ANN) Awarded to all crew members in good standing on the 10th Anniversary of the commissioning of the USS Victorious (04 November 2005). A Ribbon with two white stripes will represent the 20th anniversary (04 November 2015) and a Ribbon with three white stripes for the 30th anniversary (04 November 2025).
(TOS patch) Ribbon of Valor.(ROV) Raised at least $100.00 for a charity or volunteered for 8 or more hours. A Bronze device equals one additional award, a silver device equals five additional awards. 1 additional silver device is added for each additional award. At 10 award the device changes to gold. TOS patch may have a silver device (2-5 awards) or gold (over 5 awards)
(TOS patch) Order of the Purple Heart.(OPH) Physically injured or wounded in the line of duty. A Captain or above must submit an individual for this award and present just cause. A Bronze device equals one additional award, a silver device equals five additional awards. At 10 award the device changes to gold. (TOS patch) Legion of Honor. (LOH) Helped coordinated an event and played a major roll. A Bronze device equals one additional award, a silver device equals five additional awards. At 10 award the device changes to gold. TOS patch may have a silver device (2-5 awards) or gold (over 5 awards)
(TOS patch) Distinguished Service Medal. (DSM) For 10 or more years of service. The crew member has consistently went above and beyond their normal duties and has Distinguished him or herself during their entire service with their ship. A Bronze device equals one additional award, a silver device equals five additional awards. At 10 award the device changes to gold. TOS patch may have a silver device (2-5 awards) or gold (over 5 awards)
(TOS patch) Star Cross. (SC) Did something Outstanding (good) that not only had a positive impacted their ship, but fandom as a whole. A Bronze device equals one additional award, a silver device equals five additional awards. At 10 award the device changes to gold. TOS patch may have a silver device (2-5 awards) or gold (over 5 awards)
(TOS patch) Medal of Honor. (MOH) Total setup an event or function from idea to completion and the event was successful. A Bronze device equals one additional award, a silver device equals five additional awards. At 10 award the device changes to gold. On the second award once a device is added the Award is referred to as the Medal of Honor with Clusters. TOS patch may have a silver device (2-5 awards) or gold (over 5 awards)
(TOS patch) Order of the Roddenberry. (OTR) The OTR is an STARFLEET International award and is for Star Trek – Awarded to a member for significant activity in promoting Star Trek, development and implementation of fun, Star Trek-themed ideas, and Star Trek fandom as a whole. There are three levels of this award. 3rd class, local chapter level and would be the ribbon only. 2nd class, Regional level and would be the ribbon with silver R device (Pictured) and 1st class, International level would be the ribbon with gold R device. TOS patch may have a silver device for 2nd class or gold device for 1st class.

(GOT) The GOT is an STARFLEET International award and is awarded for Planning, coordinating and executing a chapter, region or STARFLEET-related business event 9such as Regional summit or International Conference) There are three levels of this award. 3rd class, local chapter level and would be the ribbon only. 2nd class, Regional level and would be the ribbon with silver device and 1st class, International level would be the ribbon with gold device. TOS patch may have a silver device for 2nd class or gold device for 1st class.

(OTC) The OTC is an STARFLEET International award and is for Technology – Awarded to a member for activities in the area of technology support (such as web page creation and maintenance, mailing list moderation, etc) on behalf of their chapter, region, or STARFLEET. There are three levels of this award. 3rd class, local chapter level and would be the ribbon only. 2nd class, Regional level and would be the ribbon with silver device (Pictured) and 1st class, International level would be the ribbon with gold device. TOS patch may have a silver device for 2nd class or gold device for 1st class.
Wearing Awards
Below is the correct order in which to wear Medals and Ribbons.
Medals and ribbons are to be worn on the same side as the COMM badge. Ribbons are to be worn lowest to highest left to right (As you wear them) Three in a row max, the second row of ribbons would be centered over the first row and the same for following rows. Ribbons will be worn Approximately1./8 inch below the front top shoulder seam or gold trim on dress white uniforms. The order of the ribbons would be MSGSR, MSR, CR, GFCR, DCAR, 20ANN, ROV, OPH, LOH, DSM, SC, MOH, OTR, GOT, OTC.
